The Miami Dolphins have yet to cut ties with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. It is expected the team will part ways and if that happens, a report indicates the Jets have interest.
According to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, he "believes" the Jets are looking at Tagovailoa.
"Teams are doing work on Tua, the Jets amongst them," Garafolo said.
Tagovailoa, 28, has played six seasons in the AFC East with the Dolphins and needs little introduction. He could fit the bill in New York as bridge QB as the Jets start a rebuild during the 2026 offseason.
