PIAA Swimming and Diving: Wilson’s Kai Boyer wins state title

Wilson’s Kai Boyer won the state championship in the Class 3A 100-yard butterly Wednesday during the first day of the PIAA Swimming and Diving Championships at Bucknell University.

Boyer swam 47.53 with Grant Fleming of Unionville second in 47.75.
In the girls butterly, Wilson’s Evelyn Quick finished second in 53.26 with Addison Buckman of Cumberland Valley winning 52.86.
Wilson’s boys placed fourth in the 200-yard medley in 1:32.37 with North Allegheny winning the race in 1:29.19.
Wilson’s girls were sixth in the 200 freestyle relay (1:36.41) and seventh in the 200 medley relay (1:46.57).
